[Impact]
missing media platform drivers on mediatek platform like genio-1200 and genio-700. the drivers provide jpeg decoder, video encoding/decoding and processing.

[Fix]
Enable the option in the kernel config

[Test Case]
1. compile test
2. boot into mediatek genio-1200
3. check the device nodes

[Where problems could occur]
No regression.
