[SRU][N:linux-bluefield][PATCH v1 0/1] UBUNTU: SAUCE: mlxbf_bootctl: add support for reading BlueField boot log

SRU Justification:

[Impact]

The mlxbf_bootctl driver contains at least one SAUCE patch that is in the Jammy repo
and not in the Noble repo. Port missing SAUCE patches from Jammy to Noble.

[Fix]

The fix is to cherry-pick any SAUCE patches related to mlxbf_bootctl that are in Jammy
and not Noble.

[Test Case]

Display BlueField boot log:
   1) cd /sys/bus/platform/devices/MLNXBF04:00
   2) cat rsh_log
   3) Should see boot log entries relevant to last boot

[Regression Potential]

Chance of regression is low because the SAUCE patch in Jammy applies cleanly
to Noble and has been tested on Jammy and Noble.
