SRU: Processes crash when attaching uretprobes to processes running in Docker

Hi,

The following issue:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2098759

Is urgent for inclusion in 6.11 kernels, as it prevents uretprobes
from being used in confined environments (such as Docker, but also
different kubernetes environments).
