Impact: Fix audio jack
Fix: Qurik for the microphone to work in the built in audio jack of the
TUXEDO Stellaris 16 Gen6 mb1.
Testcase: Field tested on several TUXEDO devices.

Quirk is needed to enable headset microphone on missing pin 0x19.
