stress-ng fork updated to V0.18.10

Hello folks,

I have our stress-ng fork updated to V0.18.10, the head is now e00c355b8e
("debian: update changelog").

This version has been tested on Openstack cloud with all available kernels
in s2025.01.13 cycle.
