LTP fork updated - 20240114

Hello folks,

I have our LTP fork updated to fix some test issues and reduce the delta
from upstream:

Rebased on top of upstream head commit:
48dda81b15 ima_setup.sh: Quit testing when failed to get digest

Update Note:
  * This update fixes the following issues:
    - LP: #2092274 CONFIG_MODULE_SIG_FORCE can make tests fail
    - LP: #2093865 setsockopt06 and writev03 from ubuntu_ltp_syscalls
timeout on N/O
    - LP: #2084410 sched:starvation - TFAIL: Scheduller starvation
reproduced
  * This update has revealed the following issues:
    - LP: #2093235 hugemmap34 from ubuntu_ltp_stable/hugetlb failed on
B/F/J PowerPC
    - LP: #2093139 listmount04 from ubuntu_ltp_syscalls failed on Noble
  * sru-trusty branch is not be updated.

Hints and bugs will be updated accordingly in the future. We might discover
more issues when we have more kernels tested.
