[P][PATCH 0/2] Drop unneeded SAUCE patch

[Emil Renner Berthing]

Newer kernels has the CONFIG_MODULE_COMPRESS_ALL option to control
whether make .. modules_install should automatically compress the kernel
modules. Disabling this amounts to exactly what the old hack did.
