[Impact]

Microsoft has asked us to backport the following upstream commits to the azure-nvidia kernel:

bee35b7161aa ("RDMA/mana_ib: Handle net event for pointing to the current netdev")
a8445cfec101 ("net: mana: Change the function signature of mana_get_primary_netdev_rcu")

[Fix]

Backported commits to the azure-nvidia tree.

[Test plan]

Build tested only, Microsoft to conduct further testing.

[Where problems could occur]

Problems here could cause unexpected behavior, hangs or crashes during the unloading of the netvsc module.
