* Bug number for CONFIG_KERNEL_ZSTD is incorrect. This carries no functional change, but can make it challenging to look up the history of the config.

[Fix]

* Small correction to debian.master/config/annotations

* Ran syncconfig and no changes resulted

[Regression potential]

* Regression potential nonexistent. The bug number is simply for reference.
