[Impact]
Installing pc-kernel with the nouveau component fails to function due to
missing the necessary firmware files.

[Fix]
Include the firmware files in the nouveau component.

[Test case]
The proposed solution has been verified with iot-kernel.

[Regression potential]
As this change only adds firmware files, the chance of introducing new issues
is low.
