This workaround a ADT test issue with the newer autopkgtest runners that
blocks non-HTTP(S) traffic:
  fatal: unable to connect to git.launchpad.net:
  git.launchpad.net[0: 185.125.188.189]: errno=Connection timed out
  git.launchpad.net[1: 185.125.188.190]: errno=Connection timed out

We already have this change in our Questing tree.
