[ Impact ]

Synaptics display link (https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics)
kernel drivers has been packaged into Ubuntu archive as
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evdi since Focal, and we may need to
package it as linux-modules-evdi for installation on secureboot enabled
platforms.

[ Test Plan ]

With dkms-version updated, an additional binary package
linux-modules-evdi-<variant> containing prebuilt binary module should be
generated.

[ Where problems could occur ]

No. This adds evdi-dkms to prebuilt kernel modules packages list only.
Doesn't affect any kernel runtime behavior.

Nominate for Unstable, Resolute, and linux-oem-6.17/noble.
