stress-ng fork updated to V0.20.00+

Hello folks,

I have our stress-ng fork updated to V0.20.00+, to pick up a fix for the
peterson test (commit 4359e748) from Mehmet,
the head is now 1d17945b ("README.md: update contributors lis").

This version has been tested on Openstack cloud with kernels in s2025.11.17
and 2026.01.12.
