  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
  * Add breaks/replaces for grpc binaries being placed in another package in Ubuntu
  * Fix GRPC installation for ports architectures
  * Add support for Ubuntu kinetic
  * rules: take some patches from Ubuntu to save extra space during build
