amarok already Suggests the konqueror package.  This is appropriate (rather than
a strict dependency) because amarok's core functionality is available without
konqueror, but installing it provides additional functionality.

A typical user will not have amarok installed without konqueror; they are both
installed by default in Kubuntu.  Also, the list of suggested packages is
available in the package management frontends.
