Same problem on two Kubuntu PCs.

I worked around the problem with:
dpkg -i --force-overwrite
/var/cache/apt/archives/kdelibs-data_4%3a3.4.0-0ubuntu3.1_all.deb 
apt-get -f install

I don't know if problems will turn up?
