I repeated the CD copying under the same conditions (tasks, CD-R, etc.),
but only this time with a speed manually set to 12X.
The operation was a success.
Therefore, not only can I replicate the problem, I can also replicate the
solution by simply forcing K3b to use 12X as the maximum write speed.
I still think something needs to be fixed, though.
