If I right-click on the panel, and select Panel Menu -> Add to Panel -> Applet
-> aRts Control, I get a pop-up window saying "The aRts Control applet could not
be loaded.  Please check your installation."  This is 100% repeatable on my system.

If the aRts Control applet is not installed on the system, then it shouldn't
appear as an option in the applets menu.  It's also unclear from the error
message what I should check on my "installation".

My system is an Apple iBook G3 800 MHz.  It is running an up-to-date install of
hoary, over which I installed kubuntu-desktop.
