The file
http://kubuntu.org/~halls/pkgs/kde-i18n/kde-i18n-fr_3.4.0-0ubuntu2_all.deb works
fine!

Why is it not the same file in the official hoary, since the file
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/k/kde-i18n/kde-i18n-fr_3.4.0-0ubuntu2_all.deb
doesn't work.

If I run sudo dpkg -c kde-i18n-fr_3.4.0-0ubuntu2_all.deb, the first contains all
the *.mo files in /usr/share/locale/fr but NOT the second.
