An *alternate* fix would be to *add* a new symlink, such that
/usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/index.html ->
/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/khelpcenter/kubuntu/about-kubuntu/C/index.html


Note that the Ubuntu index.html is *much* cleaner-looking than the
about-kubuntu/ one, so my preferred solution is the one I provided a patch for.
