Ubuntu | UNKNOWN
Summary: Konqueror opens two windows when iPod is connected,
can't umount iPod because not in /etc/fstab, and i'm no
root.
Product: Ubuntu
Version: unspecified
Platform: amd64
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: UNKNOWN
AssignedTo: debzilla at ubuntu.com
ReportedBy: robin02 at gmail.com
QAContact: kubuntu-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com
When I plugin the iPod, Konqueror opens two windows
one with the right mount media:/sdf2 and one with wrong mountpoint media:/sdf1.
(Error while loading media:/sdf1).
I can't umount the device within KDE (desktop or kicker storage media plugin).
The following error msg popups:
"umount: /media/ipod is not in the fstab (and you are not root)
Please check that the disk is entered correctly"
Of course the error msg is right :), but the user should be able to umount
the iPod himself.
