Summary: Windows misbehave when panel is hidden
           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: UNKNOWN
        AssignedTo: debzilla at ubuntu.com
        ReportedBy: Stevan_White at hotmail.com
         QAContact: kubuntu-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com

When the panel is hidden, windows whose bottom edge was adjacent to the top of
the panel used to stretch to fill the window.
With this release, they slide down.

The previous behaviour was cool: when the panel was hidden, you automatically
got bigger windows.
The behaviour now just looks...gravitational.
