When selecting arts applet to add to a panel, error message: 
 
Applet loading error: KDE Panel 
The aRts Control applet could not be loaded. Please check your 
installation. 
 
Since hoary, problem has always been there. 
since breezy and also kde 3.5 beta1, no change, still doesnt work
