I am seeing a very similar problem with a current Kubuntu breezy install on
AMD64. When a video DVD is inserted, a desktop icon is created and Kaffeine is
started as expected, however a konqueror window is also opened pointing to
media:/hda which doesn't work. If I browse media:/ I can see an icon with the
name of the DVD, but the icon is a link to media:/hda...

Attempting to access media:/hda opens a dialogue box:
Open 'media:/hda'?
Type: DVD Video Disk

With 'save as', 'open with' and 'cancel' options.
