I installed the latest Ubuntu preview as "Server" install  
and then installed kubuntu-desktop,kde-i18n-de and kde.  
I noticed that my desktop was not localized (German) so I  
tried to set the country (which works) and the language.  
Setting the language to German does nothing.  
It even does not show in the tab of installed languages.  
Setting "LANG" and the like in konsole and trying to 
start brings no effekt. 
Am I missing a package ?
