In my KDE (breezy), there's no option to choose Dvorak under Settings ->
Regional -> Keyboard -> Layout.

For me, this is no problem, as I know how to configure Xorg manually, and I
don't currently need KDE's keyboard switching.

For many other dvorak typists, this is a show stopper.

I guessed the package name, it may be wrong.
