I forgot to add, when this happens all of the windows loose their title bar.

This is under a fresh Ubuntu install.  I installed Kubuntu and everything is
fine!?!

Also, this seems to only affect certain hardware.  My system has an Asus A8V
Deluxe, AMD Athlon 64 3700+, 1GB mem, 2 80GB HDs, Soundblaster Live, and an
Nvidia Geforce FX 5900.  I have installed Ubuntu on a laptop of mine, which has
a 1.4Ghz Pentium-M and an ATI graphics card and it works perfectly!!!
