Description:
Using "adept updater" to upgrade dapper resulted in a broken adept
package - caused by a broken debtags package. Trying to install debtags
manually gives the following:
$ sudo apt-get install debtags
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done

debtags
0 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
