Hello, I am running KDE 3.5.2 and it seems to work OK, the only thing that 
persists are minor insignificant problems (at least for basic use): the typos 
on the last tab and occasional crashes when trying to change the voice of 
notifications on the notifications tab (I am not sure what the English 
translation of the tab is).
