[Bug 41955] Normal user cannot share folders from home, even if authorised

Description:
I activated "simple sharing", which (as description says), should allow
all users to share folders of their home without superuser's password (=
without sudo).

It does not work : When I right-click on folders (in my ~), going in
"Sharing" tab, I always have "Configure folder sharing".

So a normal user cannot share his folders without sudo password.
