[Bug 74265] [Edgy and Feisty] Smiley themes are not exported to other users

Public bug reported:

When using smilies in Kopete, the distant user I chat with doesn't see
it. It occurs in Edgy and Feisty, with all themes, default or not. I've
the latest kopete versions available in both edgy and feisty official
repositories.
