[Bug 74478] adept cannot answer Debconf questions

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: adept

The bad part of adept is that it cannot answer debconf questions and
thus the installation doesn't proceed. Now if the user kills the adept
program, apt still runs in the backgroud.

The only option for a newbie then is to do a reboot.
