[Bug 74585] Text gets choppy when scrolling down.

I've provided a screenshot to show you what i mean. I've got it loaded up in Kontact, off of a RSS feed and i clicked to open up the full story. When i scroll down i get this. Doesn't seem to be there for other pages, just this one. When i scroll up its fine, just with down its a problem. I'm using Kontact Version 1.2.3, aKregator 1.2.5.
Running Kubuntu 6.10 (Edgy)
