Same problem here but with DVD-R. When I burn a dvd there are an error
message given by k3b from growisofs but the debug window gave no
information.

I had the same kind of problem with a suse in my work with dvd+R and
dvd-R so the problem came perhaps from another source like growisofs or
the kernel...
