[Bug 32908] Installation to HD omits cdrda0

Description:
K3b requires cdrda0 before it will write a CD.  That, according to K3b's
error message, post-installation.  I had to manually install the pkg.
The installation option was the top-most choice on the Kubuntu Flight4
CD.
