[Bug 3421] Feed list should be sortable

When you say sortable what exactly do you mean?  Using akregator that is
currently in Breezy I can change the order the feeds show up, create new
folders, move feeds into those new folders and even delete folders that
contain feeds. What exactly are you looking for when you say "sortable"
