[Bug 52463] The "Launch Bud Wizard" button in the "Report Bug" dialog in the "Help" menu does nothing.

Grief? Who died?

I thought the title of the report would be informative enough. It
defines the reported bug. The intention had been to explain it in
screenshots. I couldn't see how to attach them at the time, however.
I'll fix that shortly.
