[Bug 52660] KNode should "suggest" installation kcontrol

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: knode

IMO it would be a lot better, if the knode deb package would "suggest"
the installation of "kcontrol".

Reason: Without kcontrol, it's *very* hard to configure certain aspects
of knode (which MUA is to be used, with a default of kmail, which also
isn't in the suggest list of knode; which web browser is to be used).
