[Bug 54052] Kdm configuration shouldn't point to kubuntu theme by default on minimal installations

Binary package hint: kdm

I think that kdm configuration should not have the kubuntu kdm theme set
up by default on minimal installation (e.g: environments without the
entire kubuntu-desktop, with only base system, x-window-system-core,
kde-core and kdm) because cause kdm to show some errors while loading.

I suggest to ship kdm with default configuration and then modify the
configuration after installation of kubuntu-specific kdm artwork
packages.
