[Bug 48362] Bookmarks toolbar sometimes hides itself.

Since the bookmarks toolbar is hidden by default, I've been coming
across some odd behaviour of it every couple of days for a while now.
Using my own created Konqueror profile (I'll attach it), I have the
bookmarks toolbar shown below the main toolbar.  Sometimes, when I start
up Konqueror via a shortcut "kfmclient openProfile Default", the
bookmarks toolbar is hidden once again and I have to show it again via
Settings -> Toolbars -> Bookmark Toolbar (Konqueror).

Expected results: bookmark toolbar, when enabled, should persistently
show up each time I start Konqueror, especially via the openProfile
kfmclient command.

Actual results: the bookmark toolbar will sometimes be hidden and needs
to be re-enabled.

Reproduce: try using my profile (store it in
~/.kde/share/apps/konqueror/profiles/), and start Konqueror via the
command "kfmclient openProfile Default".  If the bookmarks toolbar is
enabled, kill (literally; if you keep Konqueror preloaded like I do,
this might only happen if the konqueror process is restarted) Konqueror
and try again.
