[Bug 48793] The selection Named Colors under Widget Color gives out an error

When I tried to change color under the System Settings-Appearance-
Colors-Widget Color, and select Named Colors from the drop down menu
under Select Colors dialog I got this:

Unable to read X11 RGB Color Strings. The folllowing file location(s) were examined:
 /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/rgb.txt
 /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/rgb.txt
 /usr/openwin/lib/X11/rgb.txt

This error is already there prior to hard disk installation. After the
installation it's still there whether in graphical root or user account.
