[Bug 48902] k3b will not burn video DVD compatible Disk

With the new k3b package in Dapper, video DVD projects will no longer
play in standard DVD players.

I have tested this by burning a project with k3b and then growisofs via
the command line. The files, DVD writer, and media were all identical.
The k3b disk was not recognized as a video DVD by a GoVideo set-top box
and Gxine on Ubuntu. The growisofs disk was playable in both. The
problem remained after adding "-dvd-compat" to the growisofs command
that k3b uses.
