I've the same crash.

When my iPaqrz1710 (ppc2003) is connected via USB Raki ask me to delete a partnership (cause I already have 2), so I choose one and delete it the Raki crash and outputs:
 [rra_matchmaker_create_partnership:356] Partnership slot 1 is empty on device
 [rra_matchmaker_create_partnership:351] Partnership file not found for ID 00702f65
 KCrash: Application 'raki' crashing...

BUT

if i push help button three or four times and then push connect raki
connects to the device normaly (!!)
