[Bug 2794] Re: font encoding problem in the "Structure" list widget

This small bug is still present (up-to-date dapper).

The encoding for the "structure" widget appears to always be the default
encoding specified in settings->configure kile->encoding.

I think that the encoding use in this widget must be automaticcaly
updated if the user specify a different encoding for this particular
file using Tools->encoding.
