A bug changes to confirmed when someone doing bug squashing is able to
replicate the problem and starts working on it.  i noticed you were not
having this problem in Breezy but were having the problem in Dapper.
Was that in one of the beta releases or a Flight build?  If it was could
you please upgrade to Dapper final release and try it.
