[Bug 51337] kdm blocks in xdmcp without disk activity

When i log into Kubuntu with xdmcp enabled and i use kdm, after half a
minute or so, the system starts to stall. However, when i create some
disk activity (start a large program, serach the disk for whatever) the
system is responsive again.

The trick to set
RandomDevice=/dev/urandom

in kdmrc does not work. However the system gets immediately responsive,
when there is some disk acitivity.
