[Bug 33403] Kmail not deleting messages from imap server

Description:
I connect to an exchange box with kmail. Previously, emptying the trash
would delete the message via the imap connection to exchange. Now,
emptying the trash merely removes the message from the local cache.
Connecting via outlook or the web client, the messages are still
present.
