http://librarian.launchpad.net/1574997/buildlog_ubuntu-
dapper-i386.kdelibs_4%3A3.5.1-0ubuntu7_FULLYBUILT.txt.gz  (and similar
build logs on other architectures) shows kdelibs producing a zero-length
kde.pot. By a twisty chain of events this managed to crash the Launchpad
publisher. That's being looked at ...

This seems like it must be a bug; could you have a look at it, please?
