[Bug 34052] Amarok xine backend sometimes doesn't work, also freezes

Description:
Since the transition to gstreamer-0.10 and the removal of amarok-
gstreamer, I've been using amarok-xine. I suddenly started having
problems with amarok telling me that the backend does not support the
filetype when playing mp3s (note: this doesn't always happen, it happens
randomly). Another problem is, somtimes the xine-engine is unable to be
loaded (again, for no apparant reason). And finally, amarok randomly
locks up when playing mp3s or internet radio requiring a kill and
restart.
