[Bug 32961] Changing resolution in kde display properties

Comment:
This is in System Settings, Display icon, hardware tab, then select the
monitor you want to change, and hitting configure.

Otherwise, you can set it in system settings, display icon, size,
orientation and positioning, and by dragging the screen size scroll bar,
at the bottom of the screen.

Not sure on what dpms is, let alone where it's set.
